The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia received Thomas Hammerberg, the CoE's Commissioner for Human Rights

On January 21, the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the delegation led by Thomas Hammerberg, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe.

The sides stressed the importance of expanded cooperation between Armenia and CoE and the reforms implemented in the frameworks of it.

Upon the request of Thomas Hammerberg, Edward Nalbandian presented the recent developments in the settlement of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) issue.

Thomas Hammerberg and Edward Nalbandian touched upon a number of regional issues.
